Job Description
Be the engine that powers this organization’s tech teams! This growin organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Coordinator to drive Agile practices, streamline IT operations, and ensure our development teams operate at peak performance. You'll collaborate with tech leaders, analysts, developers, and QA, playing a key role in sprint delivery and team communication. Responsibilities:
Manage program-level administrative tasks, including team communications, scheduling, status reporting, and issue escalations.
Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and strategy sessions; draft and edit communications, documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage change requests, escalate critical issues to leadership, and support team members with logistics (e.g., vendor interactions, travel, office management).
Conduct research and support data cleanup tasks using Excel and other tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in administrative assistance or IT coordination, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, and proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards and Work Items) and Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
