Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will oversee and maintain a varied IT infrastructure, ensuring our client’s systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Windows and iOS management, email security, Microsoft 365 administration, automation, and mobile device management.
Responsibilities:
- Windows and iOS Management: Administer and support Windows PCs, and iOS mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user support
- Email Filtering & Security: Maintain advanced email security measures using Mimecast, protecting the organization from threats while ensuring compliance
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and security across the organization
- DATTO RMM: Manage support tickets daily through DATTO software
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Administer VMWare Workspace ONE UEM for centralized management of mobile devices, ensuring secure access and streamlined operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
- Strong expertise in Windows and iOS device management
- Hands-on experience with Mimecast, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365, DATTO Automation, and VMWare Workspace ONE UEM
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, DATTO, VMware) are a plus

The Pay Rate range for this position is $26.00 – $28.50 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
