Job Description:
The Temporary Bilingual Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills
