Program and Training Coordinator
Pay Rate: $21 an hour
Location: Houston, TX 77006
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

QC Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance and oversee file documentation.
- Research and collaborate to write grants and create training materials.
- Intake and assess each client interested in vocational training.
- Provide job readiness orientations, determine employment opportunities, and guide clients through the interview and hiring process.
- Provide translation services and transportation assistance for clients.
- Attend meetings with other service providers and participate in staff retreats, tours, agency fairs, speaking engagements, and events.
QC Qualification or Requirements:
- Associate degree or two years of related experience.
- One year experience in social work or within a refugee program.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
