Responsibilities:
• Contact qualifying clients to inform them of program enrollment, process to determine eligibility and next steps.
• Prepare relevant paperwork to ensure that qualifying clients receive emergency financial assistance in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned
• And other duties, as assigned
List Qualification or Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 2 years high volume call center or customer service and support experience.
• Nonprofit organization
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, written/verbal a plus
