Job Description:
A TSO Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing the front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, and providing accurate information about the organization’s services. Receptionists handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies. They are responsible for maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, adhering to company standards of professionalism and efficiency. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential, as is proficiency in office software and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A successful receptionist plays a key role in fostering positive interactions and ensuring smooth daily operations within the workplace
Responsibilities:
• Greeted and assisted clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Answered and directed incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing to appropriate departments.
• Managed appointment scheduling, maintaining an organized and efficient calendar for the office.
• Handled administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
• Maintained a clean and organized reception area, adhering to company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of administrative receptionist experience required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.

The base salary range for this position is $31,200 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
