Job Description
In this role the analyses you provide will contribute to determine the fair market value of the client company shares within their employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). You will make very in depth research into each clients financial data in order to render complex financial and cash flow models.
Responsibilities:
- Dig into client records to perform complex financial research
- Build financial models that become the true backbone of all valuation results
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Strong preference for M&A or Valuation Analysis experience
- Other experience that qualifies would be large public audit, corporate development, or private equity analysis.
- Must be exceptional in MS Excel

The annual base salary for this position is $70000 – $900000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
