Job Description
Setup vessels including advance shipping notice, maintain log, assign vessels, and create land loads. Other responsibilities include a variety of other inventory tasks in support of the Inventory Manager.
Responsibilites :
Setup vessels including advance shipping notice, maintain vessel log, assign vessels, and create land loads for Trucking Companies.
Create vessel folders and prints out Advance Shipping Notices for Receiving Supervisor and Trucking Company.
Reconciliation of yard and warehouse receiving documents.
Receive direct purchase orders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Vessel scheduling experience required.
- Some College Education preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous general office experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) experience a plus.
- Good oral and written communications skills.

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
