Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will support warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, issuing and receiving materials, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies to manufacturing areas. You will also operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet trucks and stretch wrappers, and follow regulatory compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to reduce inventory discrepancies and material loss.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to manufacturing areas.
- Perform material inspection, packing slip verification, and QA checks.
- Order raw materials and manage Kanban inventory levels in coordination with buyers and suppliers.
- Conduct facility and equipment audits to ensure compliance with cGMP and OSHA standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to operate electric pallet trucks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
