Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will meet customer demands by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders which contributes to customer satisfaction and overall company success. These demands can also include installing the battery for the customer. A well-managed warehouse contributes to a smooth flow of distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Select products according to customer orders
- Perform picking and packing duties to meet customer service standards
- Pack and ship orders
- Installs and replaces car batteries
- Operate a forklift and maintain a current certification
- Charge, test, clean, and date adjustment batteries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- No experience required.
- Forklift Certifications preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

The base pay range for this position is $33,280–$35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
