Job Description
Our client, a leading line pipe distributor in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Valve Manager for their first shift. In this role, you'll assist with a variety of shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all materials are inspected for non-conformances and properly protected during transit. You'll handle daily tasks related to loading and wrapping products, efficiently delegate workload, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment (forklifts, pickers, crane, hand tools) is in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with department supervisors.
- Securely package materials and ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
- Store and distribute supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Assist in shipping and receiving
- Unloading and loading shipments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years Valve industry experience
- Valve knowledge including the following: Valve types, serial numbers, manufacturers, etc.
- Experience on assemblies, & disassembly of valves.
- Components knowledge of valves.
- Ability to read and understand industry specifications, charts, and tables
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
