Job Description:
Responsible for administering warranty claims by working within a database of warranty claim information, investigating open claims and resolving them in a timely manner. This is a “hands on” position. You will be in direct contact with parts as part of the process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Warranty database through claim closure.
- Physically disposition Warranty returns and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Management, as required.
- Physically handle parts by inspecting, photographing and moving to their final destination in the process
- Operate within ISO 9000:2015 requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 years of customer service or warranty department.
- Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with automotive systems
- Lift more than 40 pounds: sit and stand for prolonged periods.
- Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
