Job Description

The Winding Operator is responsible for operating the equipment used for winding and drying in filament extrusion lines. The winding equipment includes both manual and automatic winders, while the drying equipment consists of standalone ovens.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of winding and drying equipment
- Document production rate against shift plan and complete work order information
- Document all equipment, material, and quality issues during shift
- Follow all process work instructions
- Follow all company environmental, health, and safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with 3 to 4 shifts per week on an alternating schedule.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail in previous work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with carriers and team members.
